Lakerda Lakerda
This is the popular Greek Lakerda made from filets of white meat tuna (tuna alalunga / tuna obesus). It ia made according to a traditional North Aegean recipe and makes a choice meze for ouzo and pulses.
It is available in packs of 150gr (in oil), 85gr (in vacuum bags) and 1kg trays (with oil).
