Anchovies Anchovies
Fillets of anchovy (E. encrasicolus) dried and marinated. They are particularly well-known in Latin countries (Western Mediterranean and Latin America) and can be served as an appetizer or used as an ingredient in a number of dishes, such as salads and pizza.
Available in packs of 150g (in oil), 85g (vacuum-packed) and 1kg (in oil).
