Mortadella Mortadella
Mortadella originated in neighbouring Italy. The traditional product is a boiled and smoked meat - a cold cut made of finely hashed beef with pork fat. It is flavoured with spices and encased in a natural or synthetic casing. It is cooked using the simmering technique and then it is smoked.
